It seems as if there is always something to do, and there just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day for everything we would like to accomplish. Our stress leads to fatigue, unhappiness, impatience and frustration. It can even affect our health.

But, there is a simple solution. Meditation can give you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused. You probably think that you are too busy to stop and meditate, but taking just 10 to 15 minutes a day to do so, can really pay off. I can teach you a simple breathing meditation that can help you overcome your stress and find inner peace and balance.

In a 45 minute session, you can learn a simple meditation technique that you can use at home to help you relax and reduce your stress. Daily practice of this technique will make you calmer, more focused, more positive, happier, more peaceful and balanced. At the session, you will receive a meditation CD to use as often as you wish.
